🏡 Welcome to Villa Naje! We are thrilled to host you! To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for everyone, please read and follow our house rules below. 🔑 Arrival & Departure *Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. *Check-out time is at 12:00 PM (noon). *Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and extra fees. 🏊♂️ Pool & Outdoor Areas *Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. *Shower before entering the pool to keep the water clean and clear. *Proper swim attire is required at all times. *No glass allowed near or in the pool area. *Please use plastic cups provided in the kitchen. *No diving or rough play around the pool deck to prevent slips and injuries. ----You are welcome to setup your own Camping Tents outside or on the Garden area. 🤫 Noise & Community *Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. *Please keep music and loud conversations to a minimum during this time to respect our neighbors. *No loud parties or events are allowed without prior written approval from management. 🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance *Keep it clean. Please dispose of your trash in the designated bins provided. *Turn off appliances. Kindly turn off the air conditioning units, lights, and small appliances when leaving the villa to conserve energy. *Do not flush sanitary products, tissues, or trash down the toilets. 🚫 Prohibited Activities *Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the villa rooms. *Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. *No pets allowed. *Illegal activities or substances of any kind are strictly forbidden on the property. ⚠️ Damages & Liabilities *Report damages immediately. Accidents happen—please let us know if anything breaks so we can fix or replace it. *Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. NOTE: Villa Naje is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay.
